On the youtube.com page to view your tutorial, copy all the code in the field labled "Embed"

In the RP tutorial publishing page, click the "Toggle HTML Source" button (it's the two brackets)

Paste in the code copied from youtube.com and click the toggle button again

Your video should now appear as an object in the WYSIWYG editor. You can now add type, other tutorial items, center or justify it, etc.
